VISITORS

If you want to collect goods from our premises, a minimum of 2 working days notice is required. Please state specific items required two days before your visit so that we can collect items from our storage building and undertake necessary tests etc.

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, in addition we have less staff on duty on Fridays therefore these days should be avoided.

Please bear in mind 60% of our stock is stored at a second building [7,000 sq. ft.] some distance away. Most of the stock at Unit 1E/2E Gillmans Estate is work in progress/sold to customers.

The nature of our business is mail, fax and telephone orders only, we do not have ‘shop’ facilities. Goods for collection are kept in our reception area.

We are one of the largest valve dealers in West Europe, holding over 1 million valves stored at two sites totalling 11,000 sq. ft., we know you will understand that in order to keep our mail order service fast and efficient we cannot accept unscheduled visitors.
